These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, tools, and services operated by Clove Home Services ("Clove," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our services. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may use our services only if you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Our services are not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Our Clove AI Bug ID tool provides AI-powered pest identification based on photos you submit. The tool is provided for informational and recreational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional pest control advice, inspection, or treatment.

Clove AI results are generated by machine learning models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You acknowledge that any identification, recommendation, or guidance provided by Clove AI is not guaranteed to be correct and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions about your health, safety, property, or pest control actions.

Photos submitted through Clove AI are processed in real time and are not permanently stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

By using Clove AI, you assume all risk associated with any actions you take based on its output, and you agree that Clove is not responsible for any harm resulting from such reliance.

Certain features of our services may require you to create an account or provide contact information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

You agree not to use our services to: violate any law, regulation, or third-party right; infringe the intellectual property or privacy of others; upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's data; interfere with or disrupt our services or servers; scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission; use automated tools to access our services without our consent; or use our services for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these rules.

All content on our services, including text, graphics, logos, images, the Clove name and brand, software, and the Clove AI tool, is owned by or licensed to Clove Home Services and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and use our services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Clove, the Clove logo, and related marks are trademarks of Clove Home Services. Nothing on our services grants you any right to use these marks without our prior written consent.

If you submit photos, information, or other content through our services (including through Clove AI or our quote and contact forms), you grant Clove a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clove disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Clove does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information or results obtained through our services (including Clove AI) will be accurate, reliable, or complete.

Any guidance, recommendations, or identification provided through our services is general in nature and is not professional advice. For pest control services, a separate service agreement applies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clove Home Services, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, vendors, and service providers (collectively, the "Clove Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use our services.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if the Clove Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You acknowledge that you use our services, including the Clove AI tool, at your sole risk and that the Clove Parties disclaim all responsibility for any harm resulting from such use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Clove Parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. Clove is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party and disclaims all liability for any harm resulting from your use of third-party sites or services.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Clove Home Services is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that state, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
